Formation
Free to learn, learning freedom
General knowledge, Science and Technology, English, Computer Graphics, appear in the program of all the second, third and fourth years.
Second year:
The 2nd year marks the beginning of specilisation and therefore explores traditional divisions of this field (graphics, advertising, layout, illustration, photography, logotype, media, semiology…)
Third year:
This year continues the exploration and the putting into practice of the same categories of learning with the emphasis on a transversal approach: rapport with image, narrative and plastic dimension. ‘Real-life’ work is available for students. Faced with a real situation, they let their imagination operate and devise an original solution.
Academic Cycle of Higher Education
Fourth year:
Learning happens at a different pace: students learn to manage their own time and carry out their research, while transversal cultural knowledge helps the students to autonomy (research and design, multimedia methods and techniques, understanding the environment, visual communication methods and techniques, sign-writing, image semiology).
The student goes on a mandatory work placement, which will serve as a practical base for his/her end of study report, presented in front of a jury panel.
Fifth year:
The students choose their own project subject. The objective of the project is to seek their own means of expression, in order to assert their professional choice in communication.
